We have made a couple minor adjustments as you can see.... but we all need a makeover once in a while! these are a month old, but this is the first time we have come inside all month to upload them since the yard has needed so much attention...

Cousin Tim Maloney (Green Hat) is getting married to Kate Atchue! To celebrate, the guys headed to Cape Cod for some deep sea fishing. The boys caught these beautiful strippers...or is that Stripers? Hmmmm.

Pete and I went to North Carolina for Father's Day. Boat rides, sun, good family, good friends, and good food.....so much fun!

Hard work pays off!

The lawn keeps growing and the flowers keep blooming!

Here is an example of how awesome my life is....Pete, Brett, Amy, and I decide we want to check out the Statue of Liberty on Sunday. Ferries leave every 1/2 hour to take people over to the island. It took us forever to walk to the docks and to get our tickets. We finally hop on a ferry that takes us to the Statue of Liberty. I walk downstairs to use the restroom and guess who I see?!!!!!! My bestest friend Amy Oster......!!!! It is great how every crazy moment leads to the next great one! We had a great time touring Liberty and Ellis islands together!

I think it would really be impossible to survive the pressures of the city without this beautiful park...Central Park was indescribable!

How can you not love Apple ...what a great entrance!

The trees were budding and the tulips were in full bloom that weekend. We ate lunch outside in a beautiful downtown park and enjoyed nature. I didn't know that was possible in New York City!

The City Life

New York...New York! Pete and I were living it up in the big city with friends Brett Camyre and Amy Day April 25-27 . Randomly Amy Oster and her brother Andrew were in New York the same weekend! We had a ball! We stayed at the luxurious American Youth Hostel just north of downtown. You really can't beat $30 per person in the city. Plus the room came with our own pet mouse! Oh well...the beds were warm....that's really all we cared about.

NeW HouSe

Hello hello! Here we now reside...smack dab in the middle of Northbridge, Massachusetts. Northbridge is next to Grafton, where we lived for the past 2 years and where Pete grew up. Pete's mom and dad live only a couple miles down the road and have been a huge help in the move!

Since we have moved in...we have fallen in love with the place. The man who used to live here was an avid gardener and apparently spent 8 hours a day in the yard. The yard has been unkept for the past year...but we are excited to get it back in shape! Everyday, we are surprised by a new budding flower.

The house was built in 1934 and we bought it from the original owner. There are lots of built-ins and nooks and crannies! Our puddy...Jean has also fallen in love with the place. There are so many animals outside for her to watch....

We recently took a stroll up to Killington, Vermont to hit the slopes! The wheather was great and the snow was plentifull. Great trip, great times!!

A Christmas Story

The O'Brien gals get together every year around Christmastime. This year, Aunt Sharon had all the girls over to her house for a wonderful brunch! After our bellies were full, we headed over to Foothill's Theater to see "A Christmas Story." The theater was soooooo cold....brrrrrr! We kept our jackets and gloves on during the whole show...I guess they didn't want anyone falling asleep this year! The show was great!

I bought my raffle ticket to win the famous leg lamp....the winner will be called on Dec. 23...I hope I win!

After the play...we all gathered at Via Italian Restaurant in Worcester, MA. The food and company were the best! What a great day!

The Christmas Tree is up and Ready to go for Christmas... It looks a lot better this year. Probably because it didn't fly off the roof going 80 down the highway...we took the truck this year!!
